Grab has previously announced the opening of their API service, allowing third party services to also use and link their services with Grab. During the announcement, one of the services featured was GrabFresh in collaboration with HappyFresh.
In the beginning, many were targeting it to be more than just collaboration, but now a new report comes to mind that Grab has invested in the retail goods delivery service, HappyFresh.
It is unknown how much Grab’s holdings are through investing, and what is the value of investment made on this HappyFresh. Grab does not issue any comments regarding this investment for now.
Whatever, if true, it will benefit both sides to further strengthen their offerings, while at the same time win the hearts of consumers.
Grab is expected to offer this GrabFresh service in Malaysia by the end of this year.
