Over the past few weeks Samsung Gear S3 users reported the problem of their smart watches could not be fully charged. When reaching level 88%, charging stops and hot device warnings will appear on the screen. To perform a full charge, the clock needs to be removed first from the charger dock to cool it before it is restored.
Two days ago updates began to be accepted by Gear S3 to solve this problem. It’s only 16 MB and update the operating system to version 220.127.116.11. From personal experience Gear S3 can now charge up to 100% without problems and the battery life also shows some improvements.
To do updates, users can do this through the Gear or Galaxy App applications. Update notifications will be displayed when two apps are open.
